This exclusive workshop series, designed for participants of the 50 – 30 Challenge, focuses on enhancing knowledge and fostering hands-on, interactive problem-solving tailored to specific sector needs. In collaboration with the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI), the series aims to empower businesses across specific sectors to not only meet but exceed their diversity and inclusion goals.
This series not only provides a space for learning and discussion but also serves as a catalyst for actionable change, helping organizations leverage diversity as a strategic asset.
This workshop is designed to deepen participants' understanding of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) challenges specific to NGOs, offering innovative, practical solutions to enhance organizational practices. Through a combination of expert-led discussions, a detailed case study of an NGO that successfully met the 50 – 30 Challenge, and interactive problem-solving sessions, participants will learn to articulate new opportunities and implement actionable steps for effective change. The session aims to equip NGO professionals with the skills and insights needed to drive meaningful and sustainable improvements in diversity and inclusion within their organizations, fostering a more inclusive environment that aligns with the 50 – 30 Challenge's objectives.
